WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Sharif & Co., we are committed to delivering superior service and ensuring the utmost satisfaction with our jewelry. As part of our dedication to customer care, we offer the following comprehensive warranty for all jewelry purchases:

1. One Free Resizing:
We understand that achieving the perfect fit is crucial. Therefore, we provide one free resizing service to ensure your jewelry fits comfortably and securely.

2. Lifetime Cleaning and Polishing:
To keep your fine jewelry looking exquisite, we offer lifetime cleaning and polishing services. Our expert technicians will restore the brilliance and shine of your cherished pieces.

3. Lifetime Inspection:
Regular inspection is essential for maintaining the longevity and condition of your jewelry. Our lifetime inspection service allows us to thoroughly examine your jewelry, identify potential issues, and offer timely repairs or adjustments.

4. Free Lost Stone Replacement on Mounting (up to 1/5CT):
In the unfortunate event of a lost stone on the mounting of your jewelry, we provide a free replacement for stones up to 1/5 carat. This ensures that your jewelry retains its stunning appearance.

To keep your Lifetime Warranty active, we kindly request that you visit our store for a cleaning and inspection every six months. This enables us to ensure the ongoing beauty and durability of your jewelry and address any concerns proactively.

EXCLUSIONS FROM OUR GUARANTEE:

Please note that the following conditions and circumstances are excluded from our warranty coverage:

1. Lost, Stolen, or Abused Jewelry:
Our warranty does not cover jewelry that has been lost, stolen, or subjected to deliberate abuse.

2. Non-Reworkable Jewelry:
Jewelry made of materials that cannot be reworked to restore their original condition, such as stainless steel, tungsten, cobalt, and titanium, is not covered by our warranty.

3. Jewelry Wear and Tear:
Normal wear and tear beyond expectations for everyday use, including incidents like accidental damage with a garbage disposal or contact with car tires and driveways, is not covered by our warranty.

4. Non-Precious Materials and Metals:
Materials and metals that cannot be reworked to look new, including leather, rubber, stainless steel, carbon fiber, and tungsten, are not covered by our warranty.

5. Titanium and Cobalt Wedding Bands:
While we offer a lifetime warranty on titanium and cobalt wedding bands, these metals cannot be resized due to their strength and hardness properties.

6. Center Diamond Exclusion:
Our warranty does not cover loss or damage to center diamonds larger than 1/5 carat.

7. Non-Transferable Warranty:
Lifetime warranties are nontransferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

We highly recommend insuring your jewelry against theft and total loss. If your insurance agency requires an appraisal on their own form, we are pleased to assist you by completing their form free of charge when provided with their form, the appraisal, and the jewelry article.

Please be assured that our aim is not to profit from your loss. If your Sharif jewelry is stolen, and you provide a police report describing the stolen jewelry, you will be eligible to purchase replacement jewelry at a discount.
