 Over the years I've used another well known regional jeweler, but when we decided to upgrade my wife's wedding ring for an anniversary I chose Sharif for two reasons: (1) Consistent 5 star Yelp reviews, and (2) An excellent web site that allowed us to compare diamond cuts and see the range of inventory and prices. "Not disappointed" is an understatement, Sarah was both extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient with ZERO "upsell".  We received a generous trade-in and a discounted price on the ring we purchased, HIGHLY recommend this company based on our experience.

We can't say enough about our experience at Sharif Jewelers in Folsom today. Kareem and another gentleman helped us and what an incredible experience...professional, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and so kind and respectful. Looking forward to their new location in Roseville when it opens late this year.

Based on the customer service I received the last two times I visited, I would say they are a class act store, providing great customer service without being pushy. Their customer representatives appear to know their inventory and take the time to respect your choices, and gravitate you to other pieces that would be of interest based on your preferences. And their inventory is beautiful!

I normally don't write or do reviews but my experience here was outstanding. I had come in once before to get the clasp on my necklace fixed and through normal wear and tear the chain on my necklace broke so I figured I would came back again. I'm so glad I did and will always come to Sharif's as long as I live in California. Sarah was absolutely helpful and honest in helping to find a new chain for my necklace and even let me trade the old chain to help as credit for the new chain- she even took the clasp I had paid for before and put it on the new chain- she didn't have to do that and easily could've tried to sell me another one but she didn't and I greatly appreciated that as nowadays everyone is just looking to make a quick buck which is why I don't like having to shop in the first place, but not this experience. She even offered to have my pendent cleaned so it looked brand new when I picked up. They even had it ready by the end of the day so I didn't have to wait as I was expecting. As their slogan says, "You don't have to be rich and famous to shop at Sharif's." But with their superior customer service they will make you feel rich and famous and their Turkish coffee is delicious! 10/10 would recommend.
